Our expectations from the perfect candidate:

  • 1+ year in В2В SDR/BDR with proven track record of delivering 15+ outbound SQLs / month
  • hands-on experience with multiple highly customized prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
  • data-driven growth hacking (A/B testing, multichannel outreach, etc)
  • advanced in Excel / GoogleSheets
  • experience with automation / scraping tools
  • fluent written English
  • strong analytical thinking
  • highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
  • committed to learning every day and taking personal pride in the work that you deliver
  • great management skills

If you join our team as the Head of Outbound, you will:

  • determine KPIs and manage all programs to clear performance goals
  • build ICPs and lead qualification criterias based on Solidgate’s goals
  • book outbound meetings through multichannel outreach including emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research
  • engage with prospects (mainly C-levels/Directors) and effectively spark interest by describing the solutions offered
  • deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
  • follow up / nurture prospects to identify new potential needs
  • generate and manage SDR pipeline by updating all activities into CRM
  • support the rollout of targeted campaigns in partnership with the Marketing, Sales teams
  • improve processes and procedures, run A/B tests
