As we expand our footprint in Poland, we are seeking a visionary and tech-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and establish Solidgate as a top-3 provider of payment services in the country within the next few years. As the Head of Sales for Solidgate in Poland, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of payments in the region. This is a unique opportunity to build a sales function from the ground up and drive the growth of a market-leading tech company.

This job would be a perfect match for a person who has:

  • Strong networks and relationships within the Polish tech and startup communities
  • Excellent understanding of the payments industry and its trends on the deepest level (not only in Poland, but all across the EU and beyond)
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development / sales, with a proven track record of success in the Polish market and a deep understanding of its technology landscape
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to hire, motivate and inspire a sales team to perform at their highest level
  • A true desire to develop the Polish tech industry and allow Polish IT companies go global and expand to different countries and markets - with strong focus on the EU and the US

Responsibilities and objectives:

  1. Establish Solidgate as one of top providers of payment services in Poland within the next few years
  2. Build and lead a high-performance sales team that is passionate about using fintech and payments technologies to solve real-world problems
  3. Develop great relationships with key customers, partners, and peers in the Polish tech and startup ecosystem to drive growth and market share
  4. Work closely with the leadership team to align sales goals and strategies with the company's product pipeline and broader vision for innovation and impact
