The ideal candidate for this position should have:
— 3+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong grasp of industry knowledge and practices;
— Proven expertise in talent sourcing techniques, with a passion for continuous improvement and sharing insights with others;
— Excellent writing skills, creating texts that are both engaging and effective;
— Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching and supporting team members for success;
— A curious and informed outlook, staying ahead of market trends and anticipating future developments;
— A persistent and determined approach, achieving results even in the face of obstacles.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for:
— Collaborating effectively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy;
— Building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates, as well as developing talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs;
— Optimize data collection, reporting, and campaign management;
— Proactively seeking out innovative sourcing channels and consistently exploring new approaches to attract top talent;
— Continuously seeking and implementing improvements to the sourcing process to enhance the hiring experience.
