We are looking for a Technical Writer who can break down complex topics into easily understandable content — for both technical and non-technical users. Our clients should have a complete understanding of Solidgate's product functionality.

Your future responsibilities would be to:

  • creation and updating of documentation: OpenAPI and Payment Guide;
  • collaboration with technical and operational teams;
  • development of documentation standards and styles;
  • analysis of metrics to prioritize tasks and improve existing guides;
  • organization of internal documentation (it should be understandable to everyone at the company).

Qualifications:

  • at least one year of experience as a Technical Writer in the software industry, writing technical documentation for an engineering audience;
  • English level B2 or higher (writing C1+);
  • experience with API documentation, and specifications (such as OpenAPI, RAML, API Blueprint)
  • experience with Markdown, Git.

Will be an advantage:

  • API analysis and testing skills;
  • fundamental programming knowledge, understanding of development, testing, and integration processes with systems;
  • fintech experience: understanding the fundamentals of payment processing.
